Who we are

Mozart Email is registered in France. For any privacy-related question reach concierge@mozartemail.com.

What we collect

• Account data: email address and bcrypt-hashed password.
• Usage data: emails you submit for finding/verification, returned results, credit consumption.
• Billing data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card.

How we use it

To deliver the service you asked for: route your queries to upstream data providers, return verified email addresses, manage your subscription. We do not sell your data, we do not train ML models on it.

Where we store it

EU-hosted databases (Neon Postgres, Frankfurt region). Stripe handles billing in EU regions. Resend handles transactional email in EU regions. No transfers outside the EU under standard service.

Your rights (GDPR)

Right to access, rectify, delete, export. Email concierge@mozartemail.com and we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie for authentication. No third-party trackers, no advertising cookies.
