Service

Mozart Email is a B2B email finding service registered in France. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use Mozart Email to find and verify professional email addresses for legitimate B2B outreach. You may not use it for spam, phishing, harassment, or any unlawful activity. Violations terminate your account without refund.

Credits & billing

One credit equals one verified email returned. No charge if no email is found. Credits never expire on paid plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled — cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.

Refunds

Pay-as-you-go credit packs are non-refundable once delivered. Subscription refunds within 14 days of first payment, prorated.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your personal data is hard-deleted or anonymized, your active subscription (if any) is cancelled on the spot, and the unused remainder of the current billing period is forfeited — no refund is issued. Invoice records are retained 10 years to comply with French accounting law (Code de commerce L123-22) but no longer linked to your name or email.

Liability

Service provided "as is". Email-finding accuracy is monitored at 99%+ but not guaranteed. We are not liable for indirect damages including lost revenue or reputation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Paris.
